We were hoping for more features to be added in the 2011 model, as the last redesigned model made a great impact. This made the customer to look out for additional, infact more number of technical features and functions. As compared to the previous generation model, we found that slight changes in the interiors would have definitely boosted up the beauty of the cabin.

Verdict
As the 2011 Honda Odyssey has came up with same powertrain, we found nothing interesting, as no surprise or shock for any of the models. We have seen the same LX and EX trims and more often are familiar. Thanks to the automatic speed transmission of six added to the Touring models that adds responsive and quick speed with smooth driving experience. Well talking about the suspension and acceleration, no doubt it has got excellent handling and comfortable ride. The larger brakes are now much improved with quick braking ability.

Inside the Honda Odyssey it offers excellent premium luxury sedan and is suitable for long road journey trips. The wind and road noise are silent similar to the drivetrain. The Honda is continuously introducing the active cancelling noise technology that contributes peaceful cabin. Overall, the Honda Odyssey is still a fine choice when it comes to minivan. The main competitors of the Honda Odyssey are Toyota Sienna that is also redesigned for the 2011 year. But still we get more space and exclusive features are not available in the Sienna model. The one thing might stop you in buying the Honda Odyssey is the high price tag as compared with the Kia Sedona and Dodge Grand Caravan. But as far as all exclusive and technical features are considered, the Honda Odyssey is great choice especially for larger families.
